Thread: Reason to Pro Tools

Somebody please tell me an easy way to get each sound from a reason beat onto its own track in a PT session... there has to be a better way than soloing and exporting each instrument. Please and thank you.

There is really no quick way. I think it's all about preference. If you don't want to export each track out of Reason, then you have to send the output of each instrument directly into the hardware interface, which is on the top of the rack.
Within ProTools, assign the inputs on each "audio" track to record directly from the Reason hardware interface. Hope this helps.
