Thread: PLEASE HELP! Trouble syncing MPC 1000 to Logic Pro 8

Hello DP fam. I was in the process of doing some serious tweaking and setups. I am in the process of getting my MPC 1000, Logic Pro 8, Motif Rack ES, and Mo Phatt module to all play nice together. So far, I have it to where my MPC can trigger sounds in logic, the Motif, and the Mo phatt. Also, I have my axiom midi controller able to do the same...trigger sounds from all my sounds machines. But my problem is I can't seem to get Logic to play lined up with my MPC 1000. I set the MPC to slave and Logic as master. I set up Logic to use Midi Time Code (MTC) and is send Midi machine control (MMC) messages to the correct channel in the MPC. But when I press record or play in logic then it does nothing. When I had set the MPC as master then I at least got some F**Ked up stuff happening in Logic. But now I get nothing with Logic as a master. Does anyone have a similar Logic-to-MPC setup? Can any of you help me out? This is REALLY the big kink in my production game right now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
