Yo, is there a crack needed for the SSL to work? I got it downloaded and installed, but it says I need ILOK authorization.

There should be a folder called CRACK and a read me text file that tells you what to do with it. Here is what the read me file says:

Waves.SSL.4000.VST.DX.RTAS.v1.1-AiR
Install Setup.exe
extract the files from CRACK Dir to Program FilesWavesPlug-Ins
or where ever u have placed it on your harddrive
replacing any files
goto Program FilesWavesDX Utilities dir and run
WaveShell-DirectX_Registration-Utility5.7.exe to
register the DX pluggins to your system
Enjoy

After you download the 3 zip files burn the contents on to 3 CD's. Then install them in order from:

1. Program Disk
2. Orkester CD
3. Factory Sound Bank

And after it's installed, install the:

If you burn the zip files unextracted it won't work...

Thanks for that Reason shit Cyrus. I was using FL studio, and I decided to take the time to learn Reason and it seems light years ahead of any other programs.

I used a DVD that I got at the music store to learn the basics and it was a big help. I'd suggest it for beginners I think it's by IMG or something

There's a crack for the Pro Tools ILOK. I had it, I'll post it as soon as I find it..

The program is not reading my factory sound bank disc. I burned it to disc and it reads my orkester cd but not my soundbank disc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im having trouble installing the waves ssl 4000 can anyone help me? I did the setup.exe but when I try to the dx utilities im getting a message saying 0 plugins has been installed. Can somebody help me out. It woud be appreciated.

When trying to download the soundbanks (or any of the files) it times out. Is there any way of getting this via a yousendit.com file or something?? I'm curious to learn this program as I have heard tons about it.

Thx Solitare. Is this in RTAS form? Also, the VST-RTAS wrapper doesn't seem to want to work. Is it fully cracked? If so, how should it be installed?

I think you can choose which form to install it as (vst/rtas/standalone). As far as the wrapper try this:
INSTALL NOTES:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. unzip/unrar
2. run Install.exe
3. apply PDX.reg (right click on the PDX.reg file and choose MERGE)
4. done

Protools LE 7.3 for windows xp.

Authorization code is included.

There seems to not be the PDX.reg file included. There's a CRC Check but no pdx.reg or .nfo file. Should this had been included?
