Thread: business questions... splits, etc

first, does anyone have a work-for-hire contract that they can email me or post up?

second, how much do you usually pay someone (work-for-hire) to come in and add a bit of guitar or flute, or whatever... I heard it varies but typically $100 for an hour to come in and lay down whatever you need.

third, when someone writes a hook for you do you usually pay them as a work for hire, or do you give them publishing? I remember at the conference someone saying they pay x dollars up front, and get x percentage... I checked my notes but I couldnt find it...

any thoughts are appreciated..thx guys

i know someone who does, if you get me the loop i can show him and see if he could do it
