What's good DP! We are proud to announce that there is a new on-line showcase in town. It is called SoundOff! SoundOff is a showcase where we upload different sounds and/or drums from established producers. It is up to you to take those sounds and/or drums and make the illest beat possible! It doesn't matter if you sample or make a beat from scratch, WE JUST WANT YOU TO BRING THE HEAT!

This month you will be using drums from the Grammy Award Winning Producer FOCUS. If you do not know who FOCUS is then you need to do your research. He is most notably known to be an in-house producer for Dr. Dre's Aftermath Label. He has worked with artist such as: Busta Rhymes, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, The Game, and countless others. It is even rumored to be said that he has a track or two on the Detox album.

I had the opportunity to interview FOCUS. Stay tune, we will be doing a 4 part post that will give you an inside ear on that interview.
