Leck to me this joint is just average for you... it's a solid rap beat, and I can hear Jada spitting over this, but it doesn't have that extra something to it where I could hear it on his actual album. Sounds more like a mixtape joint. I need to give it another listen in the morning tho so I can get the sub involved, sometimes headphones don't do shit justice...

I like the boss wraps joint a lot, that shit is heavy... only change I would make is to kill teh intro, I know people listening to submissions don't like long intros unless they are absolutely necessary, and 20 seconds is a long time to wait for the drums to drop... also the track could sound so much bigger if you were to eq the synths a bit, especially that horny sounding lead, it sounds a little dull (sonically, not musically). Maybe try stereo widening it.

I like how the views keep racking up for this thread but not the posts... with all the talk about submissions in general discussion I would have thought more people would be on this...

yeah be careful with it tho; I have a tendency myself to not leave enough space in the track for the artist... if you wanted to be submission-specific, you could do an eq sweep on some jada tracks to figure out where his vocal range sits, then cut at that frequency to make room for him... that way the track could sound huge without competing with him for attention

Same as for terminill, for the sake of the submissions process I would cut or shorten the intro... as far as arrangement goes I would consider taking that main rising synth sound out of the verses 'cause it's a little busy and bring it in just for the hook or even as a turnaround once every eight... wait, yeah the last two bars before it ended, how you just left the lower octave on there, maybe do it like that for the verses then bring in the high for the hook, and take that horn sound that's on the hook completely out. I hope I'm not overstepping, but not too many folks are giving feedback, I'm just trying to do my part.

Hood, it was ok to me, it didn't really catch me though. Its kinda hard to critique everyone because I just listened to 1 then the otha so I don't remember exactly what I was thinking when listening to the track. Terminell, I only listened to 1 of your tracks, the first 1, and it didn't really sound like a Kiss track to me, it was more down southish, and the intro way to long. Cinematic Like I said I don't remember everything, but I think your track was like a west coast type of track, I didn't like all the sounds you used, but it had potential to be a Kiss track. King D, that beat reminded me of that diss track he spit on going at beans, it was cool but I think you could find another way to bring in the brass, it was just regular. Fuego where the heck is the track at.

This is mine: The sound quality for some reason is horrible, this is not the actually sound.

    Cinematic -
I like the direction your track was going, not sure how I feel about where it went. I dont really see a song, i see a scene with this. Either way, I think a deeper and more solid kick would be nice, especially when the sound changes and that moogish synth type sound goes to the lower note. A hard kick would really accentuate that part. I would alternate the track and almost go bare bones with the bell type sound to give it some ill variance - like remove the synth and the other sound (kinda hard to describe) and just let the drums and one sound play by itself... that's basically what i"m saying.

    King David -
I'm not sure about Jada on this. I think this is decent, but I think the almost reggae/dancehall drum pattern kinda clashes with the other sounds. It's kinda like 2 genres mixed.

That being said, I could see this as pop/world music... maybe something like No Doubt and Bounty again, but nothing like the Hey Baby song... Then again, one of these new rappers might feel like this is the future of where music is going... kinda worldly electronic with a hip-hop base...

    Terminill
Panty Dropper - I'd heard it before, but yeah. I could see jada and styles on this. I likes!
ST. Anthem. - It's cool. Doesnt grab me, but it works.

    Ceasi -
Basic, but I like it. I think your synth strings are a little loud. (Okay, DEFINITELY too loud on that long chord!) The guitar plucks are sick. Sounds like they came from the Dr. Dre song off of chronic 2001. The keys are hard to follow, but I like that. It's interesting.
