it definitely sounds all "in the box" so I'm guessing either FL or Reason... if it's Reason I have another question for you...

I kinda get where u was goin'... n the whole Lupe thing. But, when I heard the chord structure u used, it reminded me of Shut Em Down of Busta Rhyme's Genesis album. Listen to that, n I'd say revamp a lil' in terms of how the drums FEEL, rather than sound cauz I think they sound great. N make it groove a lil' more... n I think u'd have a definate prollem on ya hands!

I sequenced everything in FL....didn't use Reason this time. On that note, I never sequence in Reason. I usually rewire Reason as a plug in whenever the beat calls for it.

I like this but would add a live bassline instead of the "electronic" bass sound (just preference) and I cosign with Beatfellaz on adding a little more "groove" in the drums...if that is what you saying...but this is tight work. ONe.
