Thread: SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Please. Label your tracks as specified in the instructions. Someone sent me wma files. Fileblaze won't play wma and I have a mac so I can't do anything with them anyway. Please send mp3's. You dont know what the end user is using so send the universal file.

Now why do I ask you to put your email in the message. So I can email you and tell you things like that. But, since this gentleman did not follow instructions, I can't send him an email and it's 1:30 in the morning I'm not searching for him on the forum to tell him.

AND DON'T FORGET TO MAKE TRACKS DOWNLOADABLE.

YO, WHEN WE POST AN OPP FOR A WHOLE RECORD LABEL, REALLY LOOK AT THE SITE AND SEE WHO THEY HAVE AND KEEP YOUR SUBMISSIONS IN LINE. ASYLUM HAS A GANGSTA ROSTER OF RAPPERS AND I GOTTA LOTTA WIERD AS VIBES FROM A BUNCH OF THESE BEATS. VERY OFF!!

im glad somebody's givin us details about the submissions.. quick info like what mayday just said can help a lot of us out on making smarter submissions in the future.

Before this whole fileblaze thing, we knew if we sent properly. But how do I know that my email thru file blaze went thru? Because me when I send it to my self it goes in my junk.

Could we send you a normal email with the link of fileblaze? That way it would be cleaner cuz the sender would really be our email.

<p>If you hit send and it says "sent" then I got em.&nbsp; just make sure you set the expiration dates WAAY OUT.&nbsp; Also, if i've got two artists and i say send three files, send whatever, send three for one artists or 2 for 1 and 1 for the other.&nbsp; REMEMBER, WE'RE DEALING WITH MAAAAAAD FILES HERE.&nbsp; Fileblaze is instrumental in DP staff maintaing sanity and not jumping out of windows or banging our heads on our keyboards. Everything is there, we can run through listen and download with ease.&nbsp; AND SET THOSE EXPIRATION DATES WAAAAY OUT.</p>
