Award Winning Artist Scipio Releases “Welcome 2 LA”

Scipio is an award winning songwriter and hip-hop artist, he is formerly known as XO of Black Wall Street, and has gone back to the basics! Jumping head first into the hustle and grind of the music industry, after taking some time off to raise his daughter, Scipio unleashes “Welcome 2 LA” off of his highly anticipated forth coming debut album CASTAWAY, which will be released independently by the E4H Group. The song features west coast R&B crooner Mike Ant, as well as Casey K, an up and coming singer / songwriter from Los Angeles.

Scipio released “Welcome 2 LA” on iTunes and Amazon, this song was also featured on ESPN during Chris Paul’s first interview as a L.A. Clipper.

“Welcome to LA” brings a refreshing sound with the use of live instruments and orchestration and is now available on iTunes and Amazon for purchase. The song has already received recognition by the world from being viewed on ESPN for Chris Paul’s first interview / highlight montage after he was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers. It will continue to run on ESPN's Sportscenter LA for the next 6 months during the Clippers and Lakers NBA season run. In addition, the visual trailer for "Welcome 2 LA" was just released, as a prelude to the music video, which will be released at the end of January.

With his debut album currently in final stages of completion, Scipio gives us a sneak peek of what to expect from his upcoming project by giving us, “Welcome 2 LA”.
