New Site Migration
Since we recently launched phase 1 of the new site, please be patient with us as we finishing the complete member migration and remaining elements. Below are some solutions to issues that you may experience. We can be reached at the email address above.
Situation: If you are having issues logging into the website and you know your membership is current
To Do: First try to login with your username and then the word dynamic for the password, if that works great. If not, contact us at the above email address so that we can troubleshoot the issue with you
Situation: You used to be a member of DP but you know your membership is no longer current but you would like to renew but the system is telling you that your username is already in use.
To Do: Contact as at the above email address so that we can delete your old info which allow you to sign up fresh
Situation: Everytime you try to update your info you get this message: The Player Highlight Color entry must start with #, The Player Background Color entry must start with #, The Player Foreground Color entry must start with #, you have to select colors for your mp3 player first
To Do: You need to select colors for your mp3 player before proceeding. MP3 specifications are in Welcome Tab
*If you're username has an apostrophe in it, more than likely thats why you can't get in because we need to modify it so contact us
